MHD opens showroom for office furniture

MUSCAT The new Mohsin Haider Darwish (MHD) showroom for Office Furniture and Interior Solutions was inaugurated by Sheikh Mohsin Haider Darwish, Chairman of MHD, in Wadi Kabir on Saturday.

Top executives from Knoll – USA, Nurus – Turkey and Godrej Interio – India, were present at the ceremony.

The furniture and interior solutions unit of MHD has leading furniture brands from USA, Europe, Far East and Asia, exclusively in Oman.

“Knoll, is recognised internationally for creating work place furnishings that inspire, evolve and endure. The company’s commitment to innovation and modern design has yielded a comprehensive portfolio of office furniture and accessories. We believe good design is good business,” stated Hafez Abdul Hafez, Sales Director at Knoll Middle East.

“We have been in the region for 15-year and comprehend the needs and requirements of customers. We provide a range of furniture products for hotels, hospitals, commercial establishments and banks,” he added.

“We have supplied furniture to a number of companies including oil firms,” Nadeer Cholan, Regional Project Services Manager at Knoll said.

Godrej Group also has a range of furniture products including Godrej Interio that are being showcased at the showroom, Bomi S. Gandhi, General Manager-Mena Region, Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company said.

“The business unit deals with exclusive high end office furniture from world renowned brands. We also offer total solutions to clients,” stated Manmohan Singh Rehsi, Director MHD of Office Furniture and Interior Solutions.

The furniture displayed in the showroom includes executive desks, seats, workstations, open plan systems, storage solutions and flooring and so on.
